The problems we solve
Shared kitchens deteriorate fast, and staff read a neglected one as a statement about how they are valued.
Nothing generates faster, louder internal complaints, and it is entirely preventable.
You end up wiping down a table minutes before a meeting because the routine did not cover it.
Shared keyboards, door handles, and kitchen surfaces spread infection when touchpoints are not routinely disinfected.
Cleaners without clear desk protocols create friction with staff and complaints about privacy.
Defined deliverables
Every item below is written into your scope, so the service is verifiable rather than assumed.
Clear surfaces cleaned to a defined protocol that leaves personal items and documents untouched.
Tables, chairs, and surfaces returned to a client-ready state after every business day.
Full servicing plus dispenser monitoring so supplies do not run out during business hours.
Counters, sinks, tables, microwave and refrigerator exteriors, and appliance fronts.
Desk-side and communal bins emptied and relined on every visit.
Door handles, switches, shared equipment, rails, and elevator buttons as a defined step.
Carpeted areas vacuumed and hard floors damp mopped, with edges and corners included.
Entry doors, glass walls, and partitions kept free of fingerprints and smudging.
The first space every client sees, held to a client-facing standard every day.
Sills, ledges, monitors, vents, and fixtures on a rotating schedule.

A controlled start
Five stages from first walkthrough to ongoing support, each built to remove a specific failure point.
We assess headcount, layout, restroom count, meeting room usage, and the specific areas already generating complaints.
A written scope and frequency, including your desk policy and any areas needing restricted access.
The assigned crew works to the checklist outside business hours, following your access and security procedures.
Supervisor inspections verify the work and catch drift before it becomes a complaint from your staff.
A direct contact for requests and adjustments as headcount, layout, or usage changes.

Planning your service
There is no fixed price list, because no two facilities generate the same work. Pricing is built from your building, your schedule, and the scope you actually need.
After the walkthrough you receive a written scope and a firm quote, so you can compare vendors on identical terms rather than on a headline number.
Total square footage and the number of rooms, restrooms, and distinct areas in scope.
How many visits per week or month, and which tasks run on a periodic rather than per-visit cycle.
Headcount, customer volume, and how hard the space is used between visits.
Specialized surfaces, compliance documentation, supply provision, and any access or security needs.
Transparent pricing · No hidden fees · No long-term contracts required
Straight answers before you schedule
Most clients choose after-hours service so cleaning never disrupts the working day. Early-morning service and daytime porter coverage for restrooms and common areas are both available if that suits your operation better.
Only to the extent you authorize. The standard protocol is to clean clear surfaces and leave papers, files, and personal items untouched. Many offices use a clear-desk policy for cleaning nights, and we follow whatever rule you set.
Secure areas can be excluded from the scope entirely, or serviced only when your staff is present. Crews are briefed on restricted spaces during onboarding, and access is limited to the assigned team.
Yes, when you want that included. We can supply and restock consumables, or monitor and restock the products you already buy. Dispenser checks are part of every visit either way.
Contact your assigned supervisor and we will update the scope. Office layouts, headcount, and meeting room use change often, so scope adjustments are a normal part of the service rather than a renegotiation.
